| Just got ghost 9.0 registered the full whack
have 17 GB used on my 80 gb hard drive
have two 8.5 GB DVD+R discs
wanna know how i can backup my whole drive over the two disks and then if
anything decides that it wants to go wrong
I can simply stick in DVD backup disks of my entire drive (MP3s, all
installed programs) sort of like a system recovery disk, I had an emachines
that used Norton Ghost as the recovery disk console.
(bare in mind that i am wanting it to totally wipe the drive and do a whole
new restore with these boot disks)
If they are possible to create
cany anyone tell me if i can do this with ghost 9, I sure do hope so, it
would make recovering from a massive problem much easier, a case of slap in
the norton ghost disks, boot DVD-ROM first and let the disks do their thing,
no need for installing drivers or re installing all my registered software
from cd-roms
so if anyone can give me any tips on how or even if this is possible i would
greatly appreciate it
Thanks (in advance)
Chris

DL writers are currently not supported by Gear (the CD/DVD engine built in
Norton Ghost 9.0
If it writes a, disk (preferably a DVD-R disk), it will be in the 4.7 GB
format...
