Pros/Cons of HP DataProtector on W2K

Hello, all.

we are looking at either upgrading our current backup software (Tivoli
Storage Manager) or changing software altogether. There doesn't seem
to be much info on HP Data Protector 5.1 running on W2K. Can anyone
give their opinion/review of their experience using the product in a
Windows enironment?
