Backup myPC non-functional after SP2

| Have been using Stomp Backup myPC 4.85 will no problems for about a
year and now after intstalling XP Service Pack 2, it doesn't work. It
freezes at "preparing busy files on computer" and won't progress past
that. Support has been less than helpful - told me the usual "disable
antivirus, disable screensaver" response to all problems but of course
that didn't help. Did the free upgrade to ver 5.0 but that didn't
change anything. Anyone have this problem?? Thanks.

| Make sure that your Volume Shadow Copy service is running properly. Mine is
set to Manual and works fine with SP2 and Stomp Backup MyPC 4.85 and 5.0.
