Author Cannot get NTBACKUP to run from command line

I have tried everything. NTBACKUP (Windows server 2003) will not run from a
command line / batch file for me. I've tried every example I can find and
the best I've gotten is NTBACKUP from a batch file brings up the gui.

Everything else I try, backup flashes on the screen then dissappears
immediately. Anyone seen this before and have a clue what I'm doing wrong?
