| I just bought a program called QParted on ebay. It only cost $.99!! It is
supposed to be a Partition Magic clone and even able to do more than
Partition Magic. Does anyone have experience with QParted or have an
opinion about it?

I think this may be what you mean. It's a Linux program that can be
downloaded for free.

Perhaps what you bought is a bootable Linux CD which includes this
program?
