Moving BackupExec 9.1 to a new server

Hi,

I've just built a new backup server.

I want to move all of my backup jobs/data/catalogs and everything else to
the new box.

How do i go about doing this? I would suspect i could get away with copying
the catalog and the contents of the SQL/MSDE installation?
