Backup Software - just my system

I understand that most of the post are with large backups, but I am just
interested in keeping the data on my system backed up. I there anyway that
I can do this without too much expense and good dependability...(wow thats
asking a lot).

Do you mean keeping the system files backed up or personal data (emails,
pictures and other documents except system files)?
