I am trying to get ghost to write to an external firewire hard drive
enclosure.

I have two drives in the enclosure set as master and slave. I can write an
image to the master drive OK, but would like to write to the slave drive
since I swap the master drive frequently for ripping from my Dishplayer.

When trying to use the slave drive (I have also tried cable select) it boots
to PC Dos, goes to the ghost gui, and then I get an error message "can not
find drive with specified disk identification. You may need to add
additional drivers.

Both drives are Western Digital, the second drive is brand new, I have
formatted etc, and it works ok with XP.

In device manager the master drive shows as "Oxford 911G IEEE 1394 SBPS
Device"
The new(slave) drive shows as "Unknown vendor and model IEEE 1394 SBP2
Device"

I have "Googled for about 2 hours, and can not seem to find any information.

Is it just impossible to write to the slave drive?

Thanks
Bob
