Backup exec and usb Hard Drives

I'm trying to rotate 2 USB hardrives between 2 different servers on a
daily bases. The tought of any one HD crashing is then OK. Backup Exec
trys to put the backups in the same folder and it freaks out and the
backup job fails. Does any know a way to solve this problem?
