What's the brand and model of the DVD writer? Is it supported by Gear?

Did you apply the latest firmware revision supplied by the manufacturer? Are
you using UDF ver. 1.2 and not the versions different from 1.2 supplied by
e.g. InCD, DirectCD, Pinnacle Systems and other?
