Hello
I'm aware this is simple for you but it is new expeience for me
First time in my life I have Lto with 8 slots and verits.
I want to change type in slot 6 when I try to do it from device panel
(eport function) I see msg about locked door
When I try to o it form veritas (export function) task is finished with
succes but type still isn't ejcted
Could you send me any simple procedure to load and unload types to
/from LTO ?

Hi Mike,
Which Veritas product are you using? Backup Exec (10.0)? or NetBackup?
Something else?

Problem was solved.
my LTO doesnt cooperate with function "unlock" . Door are opening only
during export procedur. After it there are lock automaticly
