I installed "Backup My PC" and now I can't write to hard drive

from other computers on LAN. The drives are shared
and given privilegs, ie 'let others change my files'. I think
this software is pretty bad. And their website has broken
links and unfinished pages. One of the links to my problem
supposedly on Microsoft.com sends my browser back to
an error message on StompSoft.com
