Networker 6.1 Bad Saveset Fragments

I am using networker 6.1 on a Win2k environment with a qualstar
jukebox. I am attempting to complete a restore and networker user
gives me the error "Bad Saveset Fragments" and will not complete the
restore. I have had no luck finding the meaning of the error message.
It seems easy enough that for some reason I have gotten a bad saveset,
but why and is there anything I can do to correct it and complete this
restore? I have attmepted to restore from a previous day the same
files which required a different tape but got the same error.

Any information is GREATLY appreciated. I am not having any luck
trying to research this.
