True Image: Auto replace old remote images...?

Howdy,
I am experimenting with the Trial Version of Acronis True
Image after using Ghost 9 and V2i Protector on several
systems.
With Ghost, or V2i it is easy to create a "job" that will
send a predetermined number of images to a remote system and
then delete the oldest and replace it with the newest when
that limit is reached.
I would like to create the same arrangement with TI, but
can't seem to figure out how to do it.
I can create a scheduled image creation, and have the image
go to the remote machine properly, but, for now, I can't
figure out how to keep those images from accumulating.
I have read the manual with some care, and understand that
the Secure Zone has the functionality that I want, but...
I have created a Secure Zone on the remote machine
successfully, but when I try to create an image from the
local machine the remote Secure Zone is not displayed as an
available option (whether, or not, I have "Connected" to the
remote machine in Console.)
So, I think that I understand how to automate the creation
of a limited number of current backups if they are stored
locally, but not to the remote machine.
Might you assist?
Very sincere thanks,
--
Kenneth

I use TI heavily for disk-to-disk and disl-LAN-disk backups, having
gone thru several versions. I never noticed "secure zone" until I saw
you message, naybe it's a recent addition. I just read about secure
zone in the TI8 online help.
My take on it is that it's for your local machine, only.
Can't help with the file rollover.

Hi Al,
Thanks for your comments...
What did folks with earlier versions of TI do with regard to
scheduled remote backups, just let 'em accumulate then
manually delete a bunch? That would seem an odd horse and
buggy approach for software of this sort.
All the best,

This was never a problem with backup to CD or tape since someone had
to insert media each time, and large systems had various forms of
jukebox media system.
Huge disks and disk-to-disk backup is kind of new.
Send am email message to TI support with the request.
If it was a problem for me I could write a file rollover script.

| Only local secure zone is supported. Then the program will delete the oldest
image if needed to have space for the new image. For remote images, you will
need to create as many scheduled backups as you want images and use a
different image name for each, then set up the task so that it overwrites
the old copy.

Hello again,
I thank you for your comment above, but perhaps you can
assist me further.
I have tried on a few occasions to set up an occasional full
remote image with associated incremental images. Each time,
I get the message that the job was created successfully, but
then, the troubles begin.
Usually, the full image is created, then one incremental
image, then nothing more.
At that point, I get the error:
Module 4
10(0x4000A)
With the note:
Please press Retry to try again or press cancel to cancel
the operation and stop.: Retry/Cancel.
Might you be able to tell me what that error means, and what
I might do to prevent it?
Sincere thanks,

This requires a email to Acronis support. The product documentation is
woefully inadequate to say the least.

I did write to Acronis support and they asked me to run a
log generating utility and send them screenshots etc.
For now, I think that I will go back to Ghost...
It runs, poorly, and with frequent interruptions... but it
runs.
All the best,
