Backup Software - Veritas Exec Advice

I have two basic Dell servers (identical spec)

I need to create an incremental backup of the first one on to the other and
would like some advice on using Veritas software to do this.

What product(s) would I need?
How straight forward is it to set up?

You can run NTBACKUP as a task. Its free. Veritas is very expensive for only
2 servers.
