| Has anyone migrated/exported their backup jobs, media pool, etc from
Brightstor Arcserve Backup onto a different server? I am trying to move
ARCServe onto a server (it is currently running on a desktop PC). We
have been backing up tapes for about a year on the old PC, so we have a
decent scratch and save set; we also have daily, weekly, and monthly
backup jobs. I want to migrate all of that onto the new server,
without having to recreate it all. I've tried to save the job list and
copy it to the server, but it still looks for the old server. We've
tried to look for information on Computer Associates website, but it is
impossible to find any help on that site (possibly the worst
professional site I've ever seen). Does anyone have any documentation,
or know of any websites that could help with this process?
