Looking for a Folder Sync Software
|
|
|
| Hello,
I am looking for a folder synchronization software to synchronize
folders on my hard disk. I particularly need to compare two folders and
only copy the files with a more recent modification date.
Could you recommend a reliable software that is easy to use and has a
user-friendly interface?
Thank you
Cheers

| Second Copy 2000 will do that and a ton more:
http://www.centered.com/. I use it to keep my important directories
mapped to an external firewire Maxtor drive. Also I use it to keep
various iterations of my programming code (in case I need to backtrack
to a past version). It does all this without a word just doing its
thing in the background never bothering me.
Another option though it's a bit overkill is Directory Opus:
http://www.gpsoft.com.au/ it's a windows explorer replacement program
and synchronizing folders is one of the hundreds of things it does
better than windows explorer.
