VProSvc service in XP

This service is run by Ghost 10. In XP, the only description for the
service is "Administrative service for scheduling and disk imaging." It

seems to use a huge amount of memory for just a scheduling service.
Does anyone have more detailed information about it? I searched
Symantec without any luck
