| Does anyone know anything about this error and how to resolve it.

Exchange backups: When performing a backup of Microsoft Exchange, the
error 0xa000fea9 is reported in the job log (Figure 1).

This error is an indication that there may be corruption in the
Microsoft Exchange Information Store.
Solution:
1. If using Windows 2003, verify that Backup Exec (tm) is not
performing a volume level Shadow Copy backup of Exchange and an agent
backup of Exchange at the same time. For information on checking these
settings, see the Tech Note referenced in the Related Documents section
of this Tech Note.
2. Disable the anti-virus software during backup to verify there is no
conflict
3. Perform a backup of the Exchange Store in question with Windows 2000
backup. If the store does not back up, contact Microsoft Support (
http://www.microsoft.com ) for further assistance.

recommends that customers experiencing the issues mentioned in this
document, upgrade to the latest versions of each of the products used
to ensure the highest levels of compatibility between them. Please
