Can backup with udisk automatic?

I need to backup with external udisk every day. I wonder what software
can help me as backup folders with udisk automatic. It's very cool to
backup as soon as it insert, isn't it? Can someone give me some advice
about this?

I think Uplus Sync is a good choice for you as you hope. It focus on
