I have a Maxtor USB disk that came with Maxtor's Dantz, it says it's
version 6.0. I've looked at the Maxtor web site and it's not clear
what the updates are and I don't know which version of the Onetouch
I've got, I or II. I doubt if it's III.
I've got a new computer and reinsatlled from the Maxtor CD, so I don't
know to apply the update or not.
Elsewhere I see references to Retrospect 6.1 and 7.5. I don't mind
buying a current version of Retrospect. I see the EMC bought Dantz.
FWIW, it's all XP.
Will Vista require a new backup tool? Has EMC said anything
about a new version?
