Looking for reliable backup software

| I'm looking for a reliable software solution for a Mac server running
OS X. Currently I'm using Retrospect, which is nothing but a
headache. There are tons of free backup software solutions using
Psync or Rsync, but I'm looking for some feedback on some enterprise
software solutions.
