I have an idea that I am missing a lot of postings in this newsgroup
Am I right? And how do I receive them?

Tools, Get next XXX Headers. XXX will vary. There are other ways to get
them all at once, but there are many thousands....

Try Tools, Options, Advanced, Maintenance, and check your settings for how
long you keep messages. Change it to suit.

Normally I allow the messages to delete after 5 days. It keeps things neat
and orderly.

If you want to start from scratch, unsubscribe from the particular NG and
then re-subscribe. When you load a batch of headers you always get the
newest unread ones. So each 700 sort of backs you into the newsgroup
history. You can change the 700. I use 100 because that's all I want to
deal with in once sitting.

If you want to search the entire group, it is best to go onto Google Groups.
They are all there.

Good luck.
