RECOMMENDATION NEEDED

| Hello all,
I've done some extensive research as well as evaluated several
products but nothing thus far has met my needs.
I need a product that will do the following:
Run file backups on a scheduled basis.
Offer Full, Differential, Incremental backup formats, with cataloging.
Backup to file, preferrably in a non-proprietary format such as zip.
Offer password protection of backup files.
Backup to FTP Destination, strongly prefer encrytped login.
Backup open files using Volume Shadow, or any other proprietary method
as long as it works.
Cost must be $200 or less.
I have already looked into Backup4All, done extensive testing but
problems have come up and their support request turnaround has been
anywhere between 1 day and 1 week.
I have tried D_back but too many things fail for unknown reasons.
I have spoken with Backup Assist company which is a good product but
current version does not backup to FTP.
I don't even want anything made by Symantec.
Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

| Hello,
I represent the company that does Backup4all, could you please send to
feedback@backup4all.com your email address (or name) that you used to
contact us with, so I could check with our support team to see what the
problem was? This would really help us. Thank you.
