Backup Software - NTBackup requesting wrong media

Hi,
We have NTBackup running on our server nightly using a scheduler.
However, within the last few weeks or so it keeps on failing to run.
The reason being because it is requesting the wrong media. I put in
tape A for example but I get an error message back saying 'Place media
'Tape B' into drive or libary unit" so it cannot continue.
Does anyone know how I can reset everything so it does not keep on
asking for the wrong tape? If I delete all of the media in RSM will it
work?
