Restoring a drive backup with Nero BackItUp 2

Using Nero BackItUp 2 I have a pair of doubts about restoring the active
drive (C, with operating sistem), that is:

must I write the master boot record?

Then there is one of the following options to choose:

1 Fit to source
2 Fit to target

Can anybody help me?
