Maxtor Back up question - PLEASE

I had to do a complete restore on my Windows XP computer and now I have
wiped my Maxtor drive clean. I want to start from scratch and am asking
which back up to use - I want to do a complete, but don't know which to
select Comprehensive or Duplicate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
