A TI0 question: "Archive can't be mounted becase no partition"

I useed TI10 to make a full image backup of a disk and if I ask TO to
verify it, TI10 says it's OK. The disk isn't partitioned.

When I try to mount the archive to browse it, I get this message from
TI;

"Archive can't be mounted becase no partition"

Huh?
