Vertias Backup exec error

Hello,

We have installed Veritas Backup exec 9.1 in Windows 2000 adv.server
with DELL 136T Drive.

When we do the catalog operation we are getting following error.

"an inconsistency was encountered on the storage media"

We are not able to recover our data.

Kindly help me to restore the data.
