Error message - Veritas Backup Exec 8.6

Hello,

I use Veritas Backup Exec for Windows NT and Windows 2000 Version 8.6.
When I start the program I receive the following error message:
"Could not connect to the Device and Media Service".

And of course the backups failed. When I want to see the Job Log, I
receive the following message:
"Disk Full while accessing C:\Program Files\Veritas\Backup
Exec\NT\Evtmplog.txt"

How can I solve this problem.
