Data Storage - poor service

Hi,

I'm researching a magazine article on poor service by storage vendors.
I will be meeting with the major storage vendors--EMC, IBM, HP, Dell,
etc--in the next week or so and would like to confront them with
incidences (anonymous) of poor service and get them to explain what
happened. If you have had a bad experience with storage vendor
service, please let me know. Of course you and your company will not
be identified (unless you want to be). Only the vendor will be
identified. With your help, we'll have an article that will improve
