@Backup, Virtual Backup, etc.

| Anyone has any experiences with either @Backup or Virtual Backup type
of services?
Aside from somewhat steep prices for larger size of data, can anyone
point out any other drawback? These complanies been around for quite a
while, but I can't get any sense of how large they are and how viable
is the put my data in any of these services..
Thoughts?

| You should also ask how much does it takes to upload the data. I mean it
could take a while to backup online large files. Depends on what are you
backing up.
