Arcserve v9 Brick Level Back Up and Restore of Exchange 2003 Mailboxes

I am performing a brick level back up of the MS Exhange mail boxes. It
backs up sucessfully, but I cannot see how to restore from the brick
level back up. Surely it can't be that difficult?!
