Hi all !

can anybody tell me how to restore the 'factory' settings for the
qla2200 ?

I've got the following problem :

I have an Windows2000 Server with 2 QLA2200 installed.

After a reset of the server last week i 'lost' one Adapter in the
SANSurfer HBA View.
The Bootup-process of the server still shows both Adapters loading and
the Device-Manager in Windows2000 has both HBAs loaded without any
errors or problems!
Why dows the SANBlade Manager only see one adapter under its host ?

Here is what i've tried so far :
- uninstalled all Qlogic Software
- Deleted Registry Values
- Alt+Q at bootup and -> restore default settings

After this i reinstalled the latest HBA-Driver, QLDirect and the
SANSurfer Agent.

But as soon as i started the SANBlade Manager again and connected to
the WIN2k Host .. it only showed 1 Adapter

i'm desperate ... where else can i find any settings of those HBAs ?
any ideas ?

It was very well what you have done, unfortunately I can't mention
any other way to reset the adapter to factory default. So I fear
that you Adapter might be defect.
