| Hello!
Is there anybody who could help me?
I need support for the SC101 a Netgear product.
I can't attach drives to my Win-XP-Home-Laptop. I think the drivers are =
not installed correctly. When I create/attach a new/an existing drive I =
hear the sound which comes, when you plug in an USB-Device. But =
afterwards the "unplugging"-sound comes.
I'm getting frustrated.
Regards, Matthias

Questions:
a) has always done this?
b) if not how did it start?
c) please describe your network
Things to try:
0) if you have a firewall, disconnect from the Web, disable FW, try
again
1) update the software
2) check system and apps log for errors
3) try with the same volume from another PC
4) try with different drive(s)
5) remove / reinstall the software (power of in between)then update
let me know how it goes
