Hiya all...

Trying get some infomation regarding Lotus Approach..
We are currently running 3 databases using Lotus Approach, & are experiencing problems. The Info in the d/b is input by more than one person..!

What I need to know is..

1. Is there a limit to how much data the Database can hold??

2. Can the existing data be archived in an easy way,but be allowed to copy the table structure & then start adding new information??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
