Has anyone successfully connected an AIX system through a switch to one of
these Compaq RA4000s?
I have 2 6228's, AIX 5.3, an EMC Connectrix DS16b switch and a 7043-260
RS6000 with 1 Gb ram.
I can see all 3 connections to the switch, I have what I belive is all the
right AIX filesets installed for fcp disk and fibre, but voila - no disk
shows up when I run config manager. All 3 connections show up as N-Ports, I
have tried to zone them using just wwn's and then just as port numbers, and
still no luck.
Any thoughts or ideas would be very much appreciated!!!!
