What I am trying to do is have 4x Dell Storage Arrays in RAID (maybe RAID 5 is best?) but I want 2 things to happen:

1) To be able to Add in another hard drive and extend the RAID partition without restarting windows.
2) If 1 Hard Drive fails, for it not to loose/corrupt data on any of the other hard drives.

How on earth will I go about this? Would I require special software? Can this be done?
