I am trying to verify the following:

When direct connecting a CLARiiON FC array to a server with no switch between the array and server, is the fibre channel protocol the CLARiiON uses FCAL? Put another way, does CLARiiON only support NL_Port to NL_Port communications when direct connected directly to a FC HBA running in a server? (i.e. CX products do not support N_Port-N_Port Point-to-Point FC protocol)
