Good quality LTO2 tapes?

Hello,

when we bought our HP MSL6030 tape library about two years ago we also
ordered a set of HP branded LTO2 tapes with it. About half of these
tapes now start to present crc errors on verify (Veritas BackupExec).
Can anyone recommend a LTO2 tape brand that they have good experience
with (weekly use of the tape for two years or more without errors)?

Or is failure of LTO2 tapes to be expected after 2 years of weekly use
(that's only around 100 write/read cycles)?
