Author Feedback on HP EML 103?

Does anyone have feedback on the HP EML 103 tape library, comparing it for
features and reliability against an ADIC i2000 or Overland Neo 8000? I
heard the EML is an OEM Quantum library, and I have never much liked the
reliability of Quantum libraries.

Can't really comment on the EML's reliability, but it's from StorageTek
(which has since merged with Sun). The ESL line is from Quantum and the MSL
line is from Overland. The EML is supposedly a mid-high end modular tape
library for rack mount. Some people prefer stand alone libraries, since the
modular approach of course introduces a field built mechanical component.
