Hi,
After some advice on how to do a disaster recovery with DP -
something we haven't done yet. Currently we have two independant sites,
one our production site and one used for Development and testing. Each
has its own DP server ( dp 5.1 & HP-UX) and its own library. The plan
is to use the UAT system to recover the production to in the event of a
disaster. Is tehre an easy way to do this? I know I could import all
the tapes into the UAT backup server database but would it be
possible/quicker to recover the production IDB itself to UAT and how
would I go about it?

TIA

Gary
