How to map a filename to a physical sector in UFS ?

I need to know where exactly file sits on the disk. I know that I can
use "ncheck /dev/... | grep filename" in order to find file's i-number.
How do I translate that number to physical sector on disk ? I tried to
understand how fsdb works, but failed.. Please help..
