| Hey,
My experience with storage solutions is very limited, so forgive me for
this newbie question. We have a TruCluster with 2 nodes connected with
hsg80. I was wondering upon shutdown of the servers is the cache
flushed to the disks? If not, is the only way to get it flushed is to
connect via the maintnance port?
After discussing this matter with HP they said I _could_ use an
appliance to control it, however without it I am _forced_ to give the
controller the _shutdown_ command in order to make sure the cache is
flushed.
Any help will be welcomed...

| All of the SCSI exchanges completed successfully will be flushed from the
cache to the spindles. Pending exchanges that did not complete successfully
will not be flushed.
