Can't get CLI on hsg80 to accept input

The most weird thing happened in our hsg80 today. I was trying to
connect to the CLI using the maintanance port, however couldn't see any
startup banner. I've checked all my terminal configuration options and
it was according to reccomended in the guide. Frustrated, I've reseted
one of the controller - suprised, I saw the startup banner but none of
my keyboard inputs were accepted. It looks as tough the keyboard isn't
connect and I only see "HSG80>" prompt.

Does anyone know the solution?
