The library does little or nothing by itself, it's fully under control of
the software. The only thing I can think of is if you have the library set
to auto-clean with a specific time interval. The cleaning cycle may start an
hour off..

Oh, and if you have the library set to generate SNMP traps to a management
framework, the timestamps may be off too.
