Hi All,

Supposing i partition a tape library into two logical libraries, can
i assign both the logical libraries to the same server?
If its possible, how does an application differentiate between the
two logical library instances. i.e
Would the device identification or serial number sent for a SCSI
INQUIRY command be different for the two instances or would it be the
same for all logical libraries ?

regards,
Penta

I mean the device identification or serial number for the medium
changer devices.
