EMC DS-16B2 fibre switch ogin issue

| Purchased a EMC DS-16B2 off Ebay. Everything works fine i.e., system
tests etc.. However before it performs its POST the switch loads
VxWorks then proceeds to Fabric OS v3.2.0a for which the "typical"
login: admin; passwd: password fails. Does anyone know a method of
reseting factory defaults?
