i have just installed debian 3.0r2 on to the little box. all installed, all upgraded and working great.

until about two nights ago, if i try to use, apt-get it tells methere is a segmentation fault. when i check /var/log/messages, it tells me that something tried to write beyond the physical limit or something similar.

currently i have the following setup,

/dev/hda1 90gb media storage
/dev/hda2 500mb swap
/dev/hda3 main linux partition.

would the linux partition being at the end of the table cause any problems? if it is, how can i move the tables around without losing data or reinstalling linux.

i suppose this where you tell me i can't...

as always, any info greatly appreciated.
