If you're worried about using a Windows application to copy a Linux
partition (I would be), you could always try booting off a Knoppix cd
(or any other live cd), with the original drive and the new drive
attached, and using dd to copy the contents of each partition onto the
new drive (which you could also partition using fdisk from within the
live cd). Maybe have a look at partimage (www.partimage.org), as well.
